Custom Order Requirements

To help us create the perfect product for you, please have the following details ready when you reach out:

  • Date Needed: Please provide the date you need your order by so we can confirm availability and timeline.
  • Type of Product: Let us know which product category you're interested in — for example, body scrubs, soaps, body butters, face creams, or other items from our collection.
  • Size(s): Please share a general idea of the sizes you need. Our standard sizes are:
    • Face Creams & Body Butters: 2 oz and 4 oz
    • Soaps: Standard cut sizes are available; custom or specialty shapes and sizes outside our standard cut are available but may require additional time and cost (see note below).

A Note on Custom Soap Sizes & Shapes

Any soap sizes or shapes outside of our standard cut will increase the price of a custom order. Specialty molds can require multiple batches and multiple days to create — but the result is something truly one of a kind. We'll always be upfront with you about timing and pricing before we begin.
