About Me

 

I work as a Field Service Specialist servicing lab instruments by day, and by night, I create natural, handcrafted products! I have a background rooted in science doing herbalism from a young age and completing my honors Biology degree with plenty of focus on premed and plant studies when possible. Since then I've done lots of foraging and medicinal classes/research of herbs. My journey began with serums I developed to address my chronic skin issues—problems I couldn't resolve even after consulting multiple doctors. For this reason, I decided to make my own! When they worked wonderfully, I tested them on 15 friends and received amazing feedback. That’s when I thought: why not share this with the world? In the spring of 2023, I began selling my serums, and before long, I branched out into non-drying soaps that are perfect for sensitive skin yet luxurious enough for anyone. Now, I also make body butters and other unique creations whenever inspiration strikes.

My goal is to help others not only feel good in their skin but also radiate confidence from the inside out. From my own journey, I know that not feeling good shows in every aspect of your life—it even reflects in your outward appearance. My creations are an additional layer of self-care to help you glow. I infuse Reiki, good intentions, and prayers into all my products, especially my serums, which will always hold a special place in my heart. Through my small-batch, handcrafted process, I aim to spread light, joy, and good health to everyone who uses my creations.

What I love most about my work is seeing the results and the emotion on people’s faces. I truly believe that those who need my products will find me, or I’ll find them, and I cherish that connection. Moments when someone experiences relief and is moved to tears make me feel like I’m making a real difference in the world—and that’s deeply fulfilling to me. I also adore the creative process of formulating natural products and following inspirations that may seem wild to others. For example, who else has ever looked at a cherry tree and thought, “Hmm, I’ll make soap from that today!”? It’s simply who I am.

Some interesting ingredients I’ve used in my products include pine tar, lemon juice, squash, rose, sage, and lilac from my garden, as well as local native plants like prickly pear. I’ve even wildcrafted plants such as sagebrush and yarrow. I even offer a candle made with sagebrush-infused oils I personally created. Each product involves many hours of labor—from triple-purifying tallow in a three-day process to preparing unique ingredients like sagebrush oil, freshly picked cherry jam, or rose-infused oils.

Even if there's nothing specifically unique in a particular soap the base still offers a skin-loving, nutrient-rich base that gently cleanses while preserving your skin’s natural protective biome. The tallow replenishes lost oils, leaving your skin so soft you won’t even need lotion—without any residue. That's magical in itself!

My long-lasting candles are made with purified tallow, Reiki, beeswax, fragrance, and a special trinket or crystal, making them simple, non-toxic, and perfect for your home. I’m currently working on sourcing beeswax locally and am awaiting a filtered batch from a beekeeper I’m excited to support. As my company grows, I aim to support more local small businesses for raw materials I can’t make myself. In the meantime, I stay green-focused by sourcing from fair-trade companies, such as the handmade shea butter I use in my soaps.

On a normal basis I always offer soap bars, body butters, serums, deodorants, and candles, but seasonally I feature themed body scrubs, massage bars, and face creams. For instance I freshly make themed products and release Valentine's Day items including a Pink Peony sugar scrub, and an amazing scented heart massage bar that comes prepackaged and ready to gift to a loved one. 

In addition to my skincare products, I also offer one-on-one Reiki sessions. Every batch of my creations is imbued with prayers and good intentions. My primary focus is making skincare products for those with sensitive skin while sourcing raw materials that are local, sustainable, and green. I strive to use every part of the animal and plant in a shamanistic style, aiming to help others discover and showcase their Inner Glow.
